Bhairavi is a fourth generation entrepreneur, developmental enthusiast and an avid venture philanthropist. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business with Magna Cum Laude from Miami University, Ohio, USA.

She is currently the Executive Director at SCA Group of Companies founded in 1896 by her great-grandfather.  She is also a Director on the Board of the Meghalaya Enterprise Institute, a Govt. of Meghalaya undertaking where she is involved with and mentors the government team for creation of micro and macro entrepreneurial eco system in the state.

Bhairavi is a firm believer in creation of entrepreneurial ecosystem to create livelihood opportunities. She engages actively in creating, mentoring and advising many youth employability and entrepreneurship initiatives across the country.

Ejji K. Umamahesh is 20 years “young” with an added 45 years of experience. He is proud to have lived every minute of his life on his own terms.

Ejji, as he is popularly known, started life as a toilet-cleaning supervisor in Safire Theatre, Madras. Along with this, his part time job was cleaning the roads in the Boat Club Area every day, and pulling a handcart to collect and dispose off the garbage from all the houses. In 1970, he went on to form Ejji Maintenance Contracts, the first building cleaning service company in India. In 1971, he founded Ejji Domestic Services, a company, which employed electricians, plumbers, carpenters, motor, pump, and bore well mechanics offering services on call, again the first of its kind in India. He quit business life at the peak of his career in 1991 because he wanted to earn his living only for 20 working years.

Since 1991 Ejji lives his life doing exactly what he wants and when he wants. After that, his calling listed his occupation as “Rat Race Runner (Retd.)”. Now since 2011, having enjoyed retired life for many years, his calling card lists his occupation as “Congenital Sybarite”.

Mahesh Sriram is founder of of I-India, an Chennai based Leadership Development and Innovation Services Company for Multinational Companies.

After doing his B.Com from Loyola Chennai he began pursuing his passion for Indology by linking conservation of natural and cultural heritage of India with the needs of tourism and eduction industry. Witnessing the mistrust and conflict between various stake holders such as NGO’s, Forest Department, Culture Department, Universities and Businesses, way back in 1991 he convened a civil society of a UN Charter and  presented an action paper to Government of India. The Government empowered him to bring stake holders with conflicting priorities together and develop a national policy on sustainable and inclusive development of tourism and hospitality industry.

Today, with TUCK School of Business at Dartmouth College as his partner for academic programs, Mahesh works with world renowned thought leaders and faculty to adapts, co-creates and implement emerging market curriculums in India for TUCK Masters and Executive Education Programs such as Global Leaders 2030, TUCK MBA and TUCK Masters in Health Care Deliver Sciences.

Venkat Nagarajan is a Cinematographer and Editor, with many years of experience in the field, across genres and platforms to his credit.

Venkat works closely with Mahesh Sriram and I-India, and was the cinematographer and photographer on the first Highway To Swades road trip.
